Our Mission

The UAP Experience operates under Project Cosmic Watch, a flagship program of the Global UAP Task Force Coalition Initiative, with one mission: to elevate the public from passive skywatchers to active field researchers. This is not a sightseeing tour — it is a true research and study operation designed to identify, track, and document UAP using advanced night-vision optics and structured observation methods. Every participant plays a direct role in collecting real data, logging anomalous behavior, and contributing to a growing civilian-powered research network dedicated to accelerating responsible UAP disclosure. Through Project Cosmic Watch, guests become part of a global initiative built on science, evidence, and truth — shaping the future of UAP understanding one night, and one observation, at a time.

What To Expect

The UAP Experience is a fun, open minded, and inclusive real-world field expedition where you will use state-of-the-art gen 3+ night-vision mounted to a helmet for hands-free observation. You are literally apart of something that will help the responsible UAP disclosure needle move forward. There are no guarantees that you will see UAP. However, there is a chance you may see something that changes your life and how you perceive the world forever. The guides are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable on the UAP topic and they'll tell you stories, show you videos, encourage you to share your stories, and help you identify plane, helicopter, drone, rocket, satellites, and UAP. Additionally, you have your hand in the detection, tracking, logging, and documenting real UAP activity, which sets us apart from anyone else doing this. You are NOT just "sightseeing". You are literally part of something unique, special, and critically important and every expedition we do, helps with the greater ambition. Together, we will Spear The Secret. Are you in?

Be sure to book tours at least one (1) hour prior to desired available time slot.

Sharing Is Caring

Be advised, this business is brand new, is owned locally, and the equipment is VERY expensive so we currently have ONE (1) night-vision setup. So, you must share the equipment evenly on the field expedition. In time, we will aquire more equipment, just hang in there! We appreciate, deeply, for your understanding.

Groups of Three (3) or More

For groups of 3 or more, you will be charged at a discounted rate due to limited equipment that must be shared evenly among the party. The discount rate applies as following:

2 members charged $100/per person + $25 for each additional person + tax.

Example:

• A group of 3 pays $225 + tax

• A group of 4 pays $250 + tax

• A group of 5 pays $275 + tax

• A group of 6 pays $300 + tax

Equipment Policy

By participating with The UAP Experience, you agree to handle all equipment— including night-vision goggles, helmets, mounts, and all provided tools— with care. Any damage, loss, or destruction caused by you or your party will make the booking guest fully financially responsible for repair or replacement.

Liability is enforceable under A.R.S. § 12-2506, which assigns responsibility to the individual whose actions cause property damage.

Participation in the tour signifies full acceptance of this policy.

Media & Recording Policy

Because this is a real field operation under Project Cosmic Watch, our mission includes recording, logging, and documenting UAP activity. All expeditions may be video-recorded and photographed by The UAP Experience. By participating, you agree to appear in these recordings for documentation, research, and media content. Upon request, your face can be blurred in any public-facing media.

Participants are welcome and encouraged to take their own photos and videos during the expedition. By doing so, you grant The UAP Experience a non-exclusive license to use any media you capture for research, documentation, or promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your recordings.

Waiver of Liability & Psychological Impact

By participating in *The UAP Experience*, you acknowledge that this is a nighttime field operation conducted in low-light outdoor environments. You agree to assume all risks associated with walking, standing, or moving in the dark, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, wildlife encounters, or accidental contact with terrain, obstacles, or equipment.

The UAP Experience, Project Cosmic Watch, and the Global UAP Task Force Coalition Initiative are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical issues that may occur before, during, or after the expedition.

Because our mission involves the observation of aerial anomalies, UAP activity, and other unexpected phenomena, participants may experience emotional, psychological, or stress-related reactions. By joining, you acknowledge that:

* You may witness visually or emotionally intense aerial events.
* You may experience surprise, fear, confusion, or stress.
* You agree that The UAP Experience is not liable for any psychological or emotional distress, including stress responses triggered by witnessing a UAP or other anomalous behavior.

By participating, you affirm that:

* You are physically and mentally able to join the expedition.
* You take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
* You release The UAP Experience and all associated entities from any claims related to injury, emotional distress, or psychological impact.

Participation signifies full acceptance of this waiver.

Refund Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

• Full refund if The UAP Experience cancels due to unsafe weather or operational reasons.

• Late arrival of 15+ minutes without communication counts as a no-show (no refund).

• Equipment misuse or safety violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
